Layout Starter Kit V1.1

This Starter Kit contains a style guide for the Layout UI Kit.

The style guide is based on the Client First Style V2 guide with utility classes for spacing and text styles remaining the same

Main changes are from font style, button styles and additional new utility classes. Copy and paste Layout components to get started.
